Key tasks: building a high-quality process of recruiting and adapting personnel from "0"; processing applications for the selection of candidates according to internal requests of managers, drawing up a search strategy/tactic for each vacancy taking into account all requirements and restrictions; if necessary, assistance to managers in forming the profile of the position and requirements for the candidate; development of a value proposition and positioning of the vacancy; placement of vacancies on internal and external resources, advertisement of vacancies; analysis of resumes, determination of the range of candidates, conducting initial interviews with candidates, participation in the process of selecting candidates with the heads of structural subdivisions; formation of feedback on candidates; at the stage of the final decision to conduct a background check of candidates; formation of a job offer; control over the adaptation of new employees; interaction with the employee responsible for the direction "Training and development of personnel" to form the training needs of new employees; analysis of indicators of recruiting, the labor market and salaries ; development of Policies and Procedures related to "recruitment and adaptation" processes; work on the HR brand of the company.
