We are currently recruiting for the position of "Head of the Human Resources Administration Group": Requirements: Higher education (management personnel, management, economy, law). Work experience in the personnel service at an enterprise with a staff of at least 500 employees. Experience working with remote departments and employees. Excellent knowledge of labor legislation, procedures for conducting personnel records. Confident user of 1C (necessarily knowledge of 1C 8.3 ZUP), Office 365, One Drive, Outlook - high level of proficiency. Analytical mindset. The ability to work with large amounts of information. It will be a plus: Experience working in an international humanitarian company will be an advantage, Experience in automation of personnel processes, Sufficient level of English. Responsibilities: Organization of the effective work of a department of 5 employees, including at remote locations in Kharkiv and in the city of Mykolaiv, compliance with the quality and timeliness of the implementation of all legally necessary and internal rules and procedures. Organization and control of the timeliness and quality of processing of personnel documents (admissions, transfers, transfers, dismissals, granting of vacations, processing of sick leave, absenteeism, downtime, etc. d.). Close interaction with all heads of departments in order to achieve the most effective cooperation in order to achieve a common goal in implementing the mission of the Halo Trust Representation in Ukraine. Organization of personnel accounting, management and storage of personnel documentation in accordance with the requirements of legislation and internal rules of the Representation. Organization and control of work on business trips. Organization and control of military accounting. Organization of timesheets. Development and implementation of internal reporting forms, instructions, procedures, regulations and other documents. Conducting a permanent audit of personnel work. Control of compliance with labor legislation in all processes of personnel administration. Operational interaction with department heads and employees and providing consultations on labor legislation issues. Support of audits of regulatory bodies regarding compliance with the requirements of the law in terms of compliance with labor legislation. Minimization of the risks of imposing fines during inspections. Working conditions: work schedule 5/2, salary 54,838.00 UAH, daily wages in the amount of 670 UAH, corporate English language courses, the possibility of development and professional growth.
