Main areas of responsibility and expected work results:

• Organization of personnel management, coordination of military accounting and labor protection">font-weight: 400; font-style : normal; text-decoration: none">

  Speed ​​and reduction of HR processes through description, optimization and process improvement

• Current organizational documents (for example, staff list, collective labor agreement, regulations on structural units, job instructions, regulations on business trips, etc.) .d.)

Result evaluation criteria:

• No comments and fines from regulatory authorities.

• The internal client is satisfied with the level of services provided.

What will need to be done (scope of work, tasks, responsibilities):

• Manage the direction of personnel administration, military accounting and booking, labor protection (under 3 employees: 2 personnel administration inspectors and 1 labor protection engineer)

Lead the automation of personnel administration (we plan to switch to SAP).

• Initiate and accompany changes to the main organizational documents. 

• Describe, agree and update standard operating maps (SOP), standard operating procedures (SOP), business processes (BP) by direction.

• Ensure the accounting of the company's employees, organize and control the processes of personnel record-keeping, military accounting and booking, labor protection (full-time staff up to 200 employees). Full personnel record-keeping and military record-keeping in accordance with current legislation. Record-keeping Recruitment, dismissal, and management of employee records, employee record keeping, employee record keeping, Dismissals. Keeping records of employees' vacations. Accounting for employees with disabilities and additional guarantees. Reports submitted on time.

• Education . Completed higher education, priority - legal (education with honors or social activity, as well as additional specialized education will be an advantage).

• Professional work experience of 3 years.. Experience in automation of HR processes.

• Fluency in Ukrainian.

• experience in SAP will be an advantage. Do you know how to use mail, calendar, Google Drive, task manager, MS Office(Word, Excel , PowerPoint), electronic document management system (we work at DocProf).
