Objectives of the position: Development and implementation of a general SEM strategy that is consistent with the company's business goals. Management of a team of digital specialists, contractors, setting tasks, monitoring KPI implementation. Planning, launch, monitoring and optimization of campaigns in paid traffic sources.Improving SEO promotion strategy.Functional responsibilities:Working with site, application conversion, developing a strategy to increase the transaction rate.Attracting conversion traffic, implementing a plan for attracting traffic.Increasing the efficiency and ROI of paid advertising channels. Management of marketing budgets for promotion and traffic attraction. Optimize and control marketing activities. Work with analytical tools, build reports, hypotheses for making the right decisions, improve analytical tools. Work with search marketing within the site / application. Communicate with the commercial department, IT, analytics to achieve common goals and solve problems. We need: Experience with E-comm projects. In-depth knowledge of Google ads, SEO, Facebook Ads. In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Firebase. Strong analytical skills and work experience with data. Experience with programmatic (RTB, Admixer). Experience with CPA partners. Experience in budget planning and marketing calendar.
