This role requires a unique blend of operational prowess and the ability to forge strong, strategic partnerships across the organization. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and work closely with leadership to ensure people initiatives are seamlessly created and integrated with Pareto Health's overarching business goals at the forefront. This role will have one direct report, People Operations Generalist and will grow the team as the business continues to expand.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations Management: Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Manage HR operational functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.Strategic Business Partnerships: Act as a key HR business partner to department heads and senior leaders, providing strategic advice on all aspects of human resources that affect their areas of responsibility. Collaborate with business units to identify and address their HR needs, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.Talent Management: Partner with Head of Talent to develop and implement talent management strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent. Work with the talent acquisition team to ensure recruitment processes are efficient and effective.Performance Management: In partnership with the CPO, lead the design and execution of a performance management system that drives high performance and aligns with the company’s strategic goals. Provide training and support to managers on performance feedback and coaching.Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by developing strategies that increase employee engagement and satisfaction. Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace.Leadership and Team Development: Provide leadership and direction to the HR operations team, ensuring they are high-performing, well-motivated, and capable of meeting the department's goals. Promote continuous learning and development within the HR team.Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives against business objectives. Maintain monthly People Ops and Engagement dashboard to report to management team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.Minimum of 8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing HR operations and business partnerships.Strong knowledge of HR practices and laws, with a proven track record of implementing HR strategies that drive business results.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics.Ability to lead and develop an HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high growth environment is critical.Pareto PerksPareto offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with skills and experience.
