For six years, Universe Group has built three successful businesses - Guru Apps, Forma, Wisey, and we are also developing our own R&D center. The company's products are used by almost 62 million people from 180 countries around the world.

We are looking for a visionary and strategic leader for the position of Head of People. In this role, you will shape and implement the company's People Operations strategy, aligning it with our corporate goals. You will play a key role in making HR decisions. Your main areas will be HR, Talent Acquisition and Communications, where you will ensure alignment of goals between departments. This is a unique opportunity to influence the business through the coordinated work of three departments.

You will work directly with the CEO of Universe Group and become an important part of our leadership team. Your goal will be to maintain an HR system that will contribute to business success and a dynamic, high-performance environment.

The location is Kyiv.

This is a hybrid position. It allows you to work both in our office in Kyiv and remotely, with the requirement to visit the office 2-3 days a week.

In this role, you you will:

  • Act as a leader and partner on HR issues, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Form and manage the HR vision. Provide valuable insights for management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the CEO of our businesses: Guru Apps, Forma, Wisey and R&D to develop a high-performance culture and build effective teams that meet business goals.
  • li>Improve operational efficiency in People Operations to help the organization move through the growth phase.
  • Manage and work closely with Talent Acquisition and Communication teams to develop and support key functional KPIs/initiatives.
  • Use HR analytics to identify trends, monitor metrics, set targets, recommend improving the productivity, retention and attraction of employees in the Universe Group.
  • Maintain and develop the leadership and management skills of managers with the involvement of external and internal resources.
  • Initiate actions and changes in HR processes that support the growth of the organization, contributing to the creation of a collaborative, aligned and engaged culture.

What it takes to join us:

  • Over 5 years of total work experience in the HR field.
  • Over 2 years of HR department management experience in an IT company with more than 100 employees.< /li>
  • Experience in managing a cross-functional team.
  • Knowledge of best practices in personnel management and experience in their implementation taking into account business needs.
  • Experience in creating an HR strategy and defining metrics for its assessment.
  • Experience in implementing training programs for the development of managers and work on improving their expertise.
  • Ableability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, ability to approach different types of people and solve complex situations.
  • Structured thinking and ability make business decisions based on data.
