Head of Partnerships in CORE Team

Our client is the Serhiy Prytula Charitable Foundation, one of the largest and most recognizable foundations in Ukraine. The organization works in two key directions: military — providing the Armed Forces of Ukraine with equipment, equipment and means of tactical medicine, and humanitarian — supporting the civilian population on the front-line and de-occupied territories.

Now the team needs a Head of Partnerships, who will be responsible for the development and implementation of a communication strategy, building a system function and managing the foundation's reputation in Ukraine.

Key tasks

• Develop and maintain partnerships with donors, business and international organizations.

• Form and update the base of partners and donors, organize meetings, negotiations, presentations.

• Develop and implement plans for interaction with donors and partners in accordance with the foundation's strategy..

• Manage the team.

• Analyze campaign results and improve collection tools funds.

• Represent the foundation at events, in the media and public speaking to increase credibility and visibility.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in external communications / work with donors, investors or partners.

• Experience in non-profit organizations or social projects, successful cases of fundraising.

• Fluent English (level C1, written and spoken).

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder skills.

• Ability to systematize a large amount of information and focus on key messages.

• High level of responsibility, flexibility and the ability to determine priorities.
