In connection with the development of the company, we are opening a vacancy for a head of the production of switchboard equipment.

Functional responsibilities:

• Ordering components for projects.
• Setting production tasks in accordance with the design engineer’s documentation.
• Formation of the work schedule of the assembly shop.
• Control of supplies and selection of analogues of components.
• Monitoring the state of production, compliance with deadlines and consumption of materials.
• Control of the quality and operability of the manufactured production.
• Formation of financial reports for calculation of personnel salaries.
• Performance of individual management assignments.
• Observance of labor and production discipline.
• Ensuring occupational safety and fire safety requirements.
• Maintaining a constructive, professional atmosphere in the team.

Our expectations from candidate:

• Knowledge of PUE, especially the section on NKU.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
• Responsibility, attentiveness, punctuality.
• Experience in organizing the work of a team of 6–10 people.

Personal qualities:

Leadership and organizational skills, stress resistance, communication, honesty, flexibility, ability to make decisions and motivate the team.
