What should be done?

• Develop and implement PPC, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn ads.
• Create and test hypotheses about advertising campaigns.
• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns.
• Work with large budgets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve common goals.
• Prepare reports on the results of advertising campaigns.
• Analyze data and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Create creatives for advertising campaigns.

What do we expect from the candidate?

• Experience with PPC, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn advertising from 3 years.
• Experience working with large budgets (from $30,000 per month).
• Experience with different traffic channels.
• Team management experience (will be an advantage).
• Skills and willingness to generate hypotheses.
• Knowledge and experience with various analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
• Ability to create creatives.
• English at the B2 level and above.
