What we entrust to you:

• Organization and control of all stages of the production process for the production of finished products, ensuring the execution of the production plan
• Quality control of finished products
• Ensuring compliance with technological processes
• Personnel management (5 employees)
• Interaction with related units
• Reporting

What we expect from you:

• Work experience in a similar position or as a technologist, head chef, etc.
• Ability to organize the production process from the reception of raw materials to the release of finished products
• Knowledge of cooking technologies and calculations
• Complete higher or secondary special education in the field of food technology, cooking, confectionery or restaurant management
