Requirements: Experience in a similar position from 2 years; Knowledge of tools and techniques for analyzing the effectiveness of outreach strategies; Team management skills and the development of their professional skills; High level of self-organization, responsibility and initiative; Attention to details, structural thinking, high communication skills; Experience working with Ahrefs, SEMRush, BuzzStream and other SEO tools; Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate their execution; Understanding and experience in using various parsing and automation tools to optimize outreach processes. Responsibilities: Building production logic outreach services; Organization and control of outreach processes; development and implementation of strategies to improve the provision of outreach services to meet customer needs; Analysis of financial indicators of outreach and implementation of measures to optimize them; Preparation and submission of reports on the results of outreach activities and its effectiveness; Hypothesis testing and project profiling tests to understand exactly what types of links and requirements are effective, analysis of results; Building and monitoring a motivation system for outreach department specialists, making adjustments to the system as needed; Market research to find new potential partners and communication channels with them; Coordination of actions with the affiliate and sales departments to set up joint strategies and campaigns.
