Head of Operations in CLUST

We also help working Ukrainian IT businesses to enter the markets of Europe, Asia, Latin America and the USA. Perla Helsa has recently become one of such partners for us. This is a well-known Ukrainian brand of vitamins and dietary supplements for health, Takrasa, which has become a prominent player in the wellness segment over the past 4 years. In connection with the development and planned exit of Perla Helsa to new markets, we are looking for a Head of Operations. What you will need to do:—Strategic operational management of the company and improvement of its business processes.—Team management with the aim of achieving set goals.—Constant optimization of processes and the search for opportunities to improve work efficiency.—Strategic financial planning and analysis of its implementation.—Conducting dialogue and cooperation with suppliers. What we expect from the candidate:—Experience in a similar position (Head ofOperations/COO or CFO).—Deep understanding of the operational cycle, in particular in digital businesses, e-commerce, D2C and FMCG sectors.—Basic understanding of legal processes.—Leadership and the ability to facilitate the work of the team for achievement of goals.—Deep knowledge of product metrics necessary for successful performance measurement and analysis.—Advanced English.
