Ukraine's largest power equipment repair enterprise "INTERENERGOSERVIS" LLC is looking for in ZaporizhzhiaHead of the operational improvement department

Required professional experience:

• Experience in management positions for no less than 3 years (preferably in manufacturing companies).
• Experience in project implementation.

Professional competences (what you need to know, what skills and abilities to possess)

• Practical skills of working with lean production tools.
• Practical skills of working with statistical data, data analysis and Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Practical skills of working with management system tools projects.
• Skills for preparing and presenting presentations

Special skills (knowledge of programs, equipment, languages)

• Confident use of MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint, Excel.
• Fluent command of Ukrainian and Russian languages.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnostics of the efficiency of the enterprise's business processes. Calculation of the efficiency improvement potential and the economic effect of the proposed initiatives / projects.
2. Ensuring the implementation and further control of operational improvement proposals (projects) obtained as a result of diagnostics or as initiatives for replication.
3. Project management at the enterprise.
4. Ensuring the functioning of the employee idea management system.
5. Formation and evaluation of employee KPE (definition KPI, methods of evaluating indicators, threshold values, assessment of the ambition of indicators)
6. Organization and training of personnel in the tools of the continuous improvement system.
7. Conducting regular effective communications about the status and achievements in the direction of increasing the efficiency of operational and business processes.
