LKVK Group is an Eastern European E-commerce platform operating in countries such as Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece and Bulgaria. We are a direct advertiser and importer of goods from Ukraine, Turkey and China. The marketing team is growing and we are looking for a Head of the Marketplace Department to start selling our products on the largest marketplaces in Poland and Europe. Main responsibilities: Setting up sales processes on various marketplaces in Europe and Poland; Control and optimization of advertising costs; Inventory management and pricing; Customer service control; Management of own team. The main responsibility is to implement the sales volume plan within the advertising budget. The ideal candidate has: Experience in a similar position for 1+ years; Experience in working with Ukrainian and international marketplaces (Rozetka, Prom, Amazon , Ebay, Etsy, Allegro, etc.); Stress resistance and multitasking. An additional plus will be experience in the sales department.
