Nanosklad.com online store. ua is looking for its big boss :) We need a bold and progressive leader who knows how to effectively manage such projects, develop and promote them.

Nanosklad is a modern online store for digital technology, mobile accessories and computer hardware that has been around since 2020.

Our online store is a partner of a national distributor, so the assortment includes only originals with a warranty of up to 5 years. We pay attention to the needs of customers and honestly help them make a purchase that will truly bring joy :)

What will be the responsibilities?

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies.
• Manage online product catalog and pricing.
• To improve the experience of site users.
• Promote the brand, coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Analyze sales, customer feedback and user behavior on the site to improve strategy.
• Track receivables and payables.
• Plan marketing activities and monitor their effectiveness.
• Train and develop employees.
• To moderate and administer the correct operation of the site.
• Constantly work on improving the service and speed of online store processes.
• Propose ideas to increase profits.

What hard skills would we like to see?

• E-commerce platforms: experience with Horoshop, Rozetka, Prom, OLX, Hello, Epicenter, etc.
• Digital marketing: solid knowledge and practical skills in SEO, email marketing, SMM, content marketing and other tools.
• Data Analytics: Ability to work with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google ADS, Hotjar to measure and analyze website and campaign performance.
• Project management: the ability to manage various tasks and complete them on time.
• Technical skills: understanding the basics of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability to speak the same language with technical teams.
