We invite you to our e-commerce project in the niche of perfumery and cosmetics for the position of Manager of an online store. What we expect: High communication and negotiation skills; Work experience (from 2 years) and positive results in the management/promotion of an online store; Fluency in PC, messengers, experience in working with the CRM system; Competent oral and written language; Attention, punctuality, activity; Experience in 1C will be an advantage. What you need to do: Experience in promoting/advertising an online store in Google. Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising in Google Analytics. Reception, processing and support of online store customer orders; Work on filling the site (Open cart) upon arrival of new goods; Consultation of customers on goods; Organization of shipment, payment and their control; Communication with warehouse and delivery to form orders; Work with content tracking and updating of nomenclature/information; Work with marketplaces and social networks; Tracking customer satisfaction.
