Head of the online store in FRC Professional Cosmetics

Job Description: Responsible for the management and development of the company's existing online store. Ensuring the efficient operation of the store, including order processing, delivery tracking and customer communication. Development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase sales and attractiveness of the online store. Management and analysis of information about products, prices, promotions and new products offered in the store. Ensuring a high level of customer service, responding to their requests and solving problems. Interaction with the warehouse and logistics partners to ensure fast and quality delivery. Cooperation with other departments of the company to ensure a holistic approach to business development. Requirements: Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years. Knowledge of retail trade of professional cosmetics and materials for beauty salons. Ability to work with a computer and programs for managing an online store. High level of organization and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills skills and the ability to work in a team. The ability to work in high-paced and stressful situations.
