What we expect: High communication and negotiation skills; Work experience (from 2 years) and positive results in the management/promotion of an online store; Fluency in PC, messengers, experience with the CRM system; Competent oral and written language; Attentiveness, punctuality, activity; Experience in 1C will be an advantage. What you need to do: Experience in promoting/advertising an online store in Google. Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising in Google Analytics. Reception, processing and full support of orders from customers of the online store; Work on filling the site (Open cart) in case of arrival of new products; Consultation of customers on the product; Organization of shipment, payment and their control; Communication with the warehouse and delivery for the formation of orders; Work with tracking content and updating the nomenclature/information; Work with marketplaces and social networks; Tracking customer satisfaction.
