Head of the online store in Vodafone Riteyl

Vodafone Retail is Vodafone Ukraine's own retail network of stores serving Vodafone customers and specializing in the sale of smartphones, mobile phones, accessories and various gadgets.

In connection with the relaunch of our own online hardware store, we are looking for an experienced and progressive Online Store Manager who understands the latest market trends!

Responsibilities:

• Development of a successful strategy for the relaunch, development and promotion of the online store
• Description of business requirements and all processes of the online store, and interaction with the entire company structure
• Planning and monitoring the implementation of the sales plan
• Ensuring sales through the website, social networks and marketplaces
• Setting tasks for employees of the online store, programmers, designers and related departments
• Introduction of the latest technologies and innovations into the processes
• Planning and ensuring the development of new services and functionalities
• Ensuring interaction with other directions/units, promoting cross-functional interaction on all issues related to the online store
• Increasing conversion and optimizing user experience on the site

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Successful experience of working in a similar position for at least 3 years
• Successful experience of launching and building online store processes
• Understanding the principles of the marketplace
• Successful management experience projects
• Skills in setting tasks for the development team
• Successful experience in managing a team and working with contractors
• Knowledge of IT fundamentals
• Understanding the latest ux trends /ui design
• Knowledge of e-commerce organization, basics of Internet advertising
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
• High analytical abilities
< li>Spoken and written level of English not lower than upper intermediate
