Head of the online store in TS PLYuS

We are looking for a self-organized and effective INTERNET STORE MANAGER https:// winetime.com.ua/ua who will manage online sales.

A business leader is needed who will ensure sales growth through effective management of operational activities, marketing and service.

Brief about the company:

• WINETIME is a Ukrainian chain of gastro markets, founded in 2010 within the framework of ASNOVA HOLDING.
• In addition to quality food products and alcohol, seven stores have food courts; prepare sushi and pizza; the direction of ready meals is developing. The Holding has its own bakery, cheese factory, brewery, and farm.
• Today there are 35 stores in the network (17 of them are in Kyiv). One of the sales channels is an online store.

Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of a strategy to increase sales.

• Ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Technical support and management of the site, namely: ensuring uninterrupted operation of the site, implementation of new technologies and IT solutions.
• Managing the work of the team: formation and development of the team, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation, constant feedback.
• Planning and budget control.

Basic requirements, expectations for the candidate :

• 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position or in the field of e-commerce.
• Experience in managing a team and projects in Internet trade.
• Knowledge of modern Internet marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM. The ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
• Analytical mindset, ability to work with data.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire a team.
• Orientation on results and the ability to achieve set goals.
