Our expectations from the candidate:

• Work experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
• Successful experience in managing a trading site
• Knowledge of targeting/retargeting
• Knowledge of the basics of SEO, PPS, SMM
• Google ADS, Merchant
• Systematic and proactive
• Analytical mindset
• Management skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Organization of online store activities, ensuring the growth of online store sales
• Development and implementation of a strategy for the development of the Internet sales channel
• Increasing traffic and conversions, attracting clients
• Managing the usability of the site, organizing the uninterrupted and effective operation of the company's site, communicating with technical support and developers
• Ensuring the display of relevant information on the site
• Developing measures and control of activity in social networks and trading platforms
• Management of contractors on issues of technical support and site promotion
• Management of a team of call center operators, content managers
• Ensurement SEO-promotion; PPS
• Performance of Google analytics
• Organization of effective interaction of the online store with company departments
