Head of the online store in Invogue Fashion Group

Online store www.invogue.ua — a store of premium women's, men's and children's clothing & luxury segment - announces a vacancy for Head of online store (Odesa).

Basic requirements:

• Work experience at managerial position in an online store
• Understanding the processes, roles and main areas of an e-commerce project
• Experience of working with logistics services, payment service contractors, etc. (types of services, tariffs, contracts, etc.)
• Experience of working with Nova Poshta personal account
• Confident PC user: 1C, Excel (formulas, tables)
• Attention to details, responsibility, sociability, active life position, leadership

Tasks:

• Team management (operators, storekeepers, drivers)
• Control operational processes for orders: processing, payment, delivery, return (fulfillment)
• Administration of internal processes: interaction with retail, department work schedule, discipline, etc.
• Administration of external processes: interaction with customers
>Testing of new functions on the site and in 1C
