Now we are looking for a Head of the E-commerce department — a person, which will actively develop online sales using various methods and is ready to work at a high pace. The main goal of the position is to increase the share of online sales from 3% to 30% in the perspective of 2-3 years. Necessary skills and experience: Mandatory experience in managing online sales of goods and achieving a significant increase in results (x5 — x10) during your leadership (experience in the fashion industry will be a significant advantage) Deep understanding of factors and indicators that affect sales volumes in ecommerce, the ability to build and constantly use an analytical model for improvement indicators Experience working with a large team and/or number of contractors Ability to plan budgets and results, analyze plan-fact and implement changes Technical savvy, vision of the target IT infrastructure to build a strong e-commerce division Leadership qualities that will allow you to rally the team around an ambitious goal Main responsibilities: Strategy development development of online sales, its periodic analysis and adjustment Selection of channels and tools for the implementation of the strategy Identification and description of the profile of the online buyer Selection of contractors and/or hiring of employees Development of an analytical model for control and analysis of results Operational management of all processes related to online sales: development and refinement of IT infrastructure: sites, CRM, analytical platform, mailing system, etc. promotion of own resources: context, SEO promotion and sales in social networks: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok cooperation with marketplaces creation of content (photo/video shooting, presentations, activities) for promotion direct-marketing: SMS, Viber , Email, PushReception, processing and shipment of orders We offer: Working hours — 09:00 — 18:00 Official employment (with all social. package) Comfortable modern office (Vasylkivska, Kvant plant) Decent salary (rate + CPI) Opportunity for self-realization and professional growth Work in a stable company with interesting tasks
