• Start production with existing equipment:

• build production cycle: sharp > flexible > dyeing style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

  autonomous power supply (generator),

• staff schedules.

• Search and attraction of orders (B2B, including complex/serial).

• Calculationof each order: technology, time, cost, price.

Managing the order queue.

People

• Managing operators (laser, bending, painting).

• Training, discipline, safety techniques.

• Building real, working change.

Equipment and risks

• Equipment status control.

• Working with consumables (lenses, matrices, punches, etc.).

• Preventing errors that lead to tool damage, serial failure, downtime.

Who are we looking for (required):

This is a must-have, without it we do not consider:

• Real work experiencein metalworking.

• Practical experience with laser sharp, flexible, powder coating (or at least 1 and 2).

• Experiencelaunch or restart production.

• Understanding how it is formedorder cost, not "price from the site".

Big plus:

• Experience of participation in tenders and experience in the market.

Role format

• Full time employment.

• Maximum involvement in production, and only that.

Pay and motivation

• Fixed part + KPI (% of profit) from orders. 

• Motivation is tied to launch, stable work, profit.
