Maybe YOU will become our next star?😈📌 What we expect from you: • Experience as Team Lead/Head from 2 years; • Experience in infrastructure construction with a technical team; • Understanding the principles of arbitration, traffic conversion; • Experience in managing a team of 5 people: setting KPIs, monitoring performance, analyzing results, building a motivation system; • Experience in building a team of media buyers from 0; • Perfect understanding of the business processes of the Nutra vertical; • Experience of working with Nutra offers; • Experience in conducting negotiations and making strategic decisions; • Strong self-motivation, independence and passion for work; • Having your own team of buyers will be an advantage!📋 Your prospective and ambitious tasks: • Develop infrastructure; • Formation and management of the team of media buyers; • Effective procurement and traffic generation; • Finding the most effective sources of traffic, scaling campaigns, increasing conversions; • Evaluation, analysis of the effectiveness and results of the conducted activities; • Development and implementation of promotion strategies for specific sources and GEO; • Participation in communication with partners. 🎁 We offer the following skills: • Comfortable working environment.
