Important:
⢠Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising.
⢠Knowledge of traffic attraction channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, *Display Networks, etc.).
⢠Understanding of different types of advertising campaigns (search, contextual media, video advertising, etc.).
⢠Ability to work with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics).
⢠Knowledge of performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROI, ROAS) and their analysis.
⢠Understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization principles.
⢠Deep knowledge of the market in which the company operates and its specifics.
⢠Ability to segment audiences based on demographic, psychographic and behavioral characteristics.
⢠Understanding user behavior at different stages of the sales funnel.
⢠Ability to configure and manage advertising campaigns on different platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
⢠Understanding the principles of tracking systems, pixels and get parameters.
⢠Experience with CRM systems and their integration with advertising platforms.
⢠Experience with traffic procurement process automation.
⢠Skills in working with large volumes of data, their interpretation and application in decision-making.
⢠Experience in budgeting, cost planning.
⢠Knowledge of basic business processes related to traffic acquisition and lead generation.
You will be responsible for:
- Strategic management, development and implementation of media buying department strategies. Planning and allocating the budget between different advertising channels, taking into account their effectiveness.
- Operational management and team management, efficiency and performance analysis.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, optimization, increase in profitability indicators.
- Traffic purchase from Facebook and Google Ads
- Development and optimization of funnels for lead generation
- Management of a team of designers and marketers.
- Collaboration with the technical team to implement and support technical solutions.
- Reporting and performance monitoring. Management of changes, processes, projects.
- Generation of new ideas for the development of the unit.
Expected work results for the first 3 months of cooperation:
- Structure the work of the team and improve the planning process.
- Set up reporting for the CEO.
