Magnetics is a Ukrainian product marketing agency specializing in UX-UI, front-end, marketing research, product marketing, media advertising and affiliate marketing.
The company was founded in 2014.

We are currently looking for a Head of Media buy to launch and grow our internal performance marketing department.

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for revenue, ROI, LTV and key traffic metrics;
• Manage the direction of traffic attraction in the company: Media buying, SEO
• Develop long-term and short-term traffic attraction strategies;
• Make key decisions regarding team development, mentoring, hiring and motivation

Your experience, skills:

< li> Has 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing;
• Has 2+ years of experience in management positions - Head of Acquisitions, Head of Media buyer, Head of Performance Marketing, CMO or similar.
• Expert in Media buying, Affiliate marketing, SEO and marketing in general in the field of iGaming, (preferably with a bias in crypto sources);
• A strong leader with highly developed people management skills;
• Has proven experience of leading successful projects with a budget of 1kk in the field of digital marketing;
• A person with a pragmatic approach, data-oriented.
