Head of meat processing plant production (slaughter and pork processing)

Requirements:

• Experience at a meat processing plant from 3-5 years, preferably in a managerial position

• In-depth understanding of slaughter processes, deboning, sinewing and pork processing

• Knowledge and practical experience in the implementation of HACCP, ISO, sanitary and veterinary standards

• Skills in management of production personnel (change planning, motivation, control disciplines)

• Experience in optimizing production processes, reducing losses and increasing output

• Ability to work with production indicators (cost, productivity, losses)

• Responsibility, system thinking, leadership qualities

• Desirable: specialized education (food technology, meat industry, veterinary medicine)

Functional duties

• Organization and full control of the production cycle:slaughter > processing > release of finished products

• Ensuring fulfillmentproduction plans according to volumes, quality and deadlines

• Control of compliance with technological processes, sanitary and veterinary requirements

• Management of production personnel (masters, foremen, workers)

• Implementation and control of standardsHACCP, internal regulations and instructions

• Analysis of production indicators, preparation of reports for management

• Optimization of costs, minimization of raw material losses

• Interaction with veterinary service, quality service and technical department
