Collaborating with cryptocurrency projects worldwide, our primary objective is to drive the widespread adoption of blockchain technology.We are looking for a Head of Marketing in Ukraine!Requirements:– Experience in creating a marketing strategy;– Understanding of modern online and offline marketing tools;– Availability of successfully implemented projects in the field of marketing;– Strategic thinking;– Analytical abilities;– Management experience.Responsibilities:– Formation of the company’s marketing strategy;– Management of the marketing department, setting goals and objectives, evaluating employee KPIs (planning and control);– Development of strategy and detailed plans for all areas of marketing activity in accordance with the strategic goals of the company;– Generation of creative ideas to strengthen the brand archetype;– Analysis of the competitive environment– Tracking of all existing channels (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CPA network, SMM, e-mail mailings, off-line promotion, etc.), Google Analytics;– Planning and budget control of marketing expenses;– Application of online and offline tools for brand promotion;– Participation in local marketing activities;– Control over compliance with branding standards when implementing marketing programs;– Description of internal business processes and control over the execution of business processes in the marketing and advertising department (decision-making, signing of materials, processes and deadlines for performance of works, approvals);– Preparation of reports on the effectiveness of implemented marketing programs– Communication with the company’s partners (Business correspondence via email, contract management, etc)We offer:– Our own product;– Annual paid vacations;– Sick leave compensation;– Professional working environment.We provide challenging tasks that offer continuous growth opportunities for everyone.
