We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Head of Marketing to join our dynamic company with a matrix organizational structure. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our IT outsourcing services, build brand awareness and attract high quality leads. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the CEO.Skills required: 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT or technology industry; 2+ years of leadership, building and management experience teams; Understanding of IT outsourcing services and B2B marketing; Experience in creating lead generation channels; Digital marketing skills, including content marketing, SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing; Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to make marketing decisions; Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; Creative thinking and problem-solving ability; Ability to manage budget and resource allocation; Curiosity and ability to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements; Upper-intermediate English and above. Will be a plus: Experience working in a matrix organizational structure; Experience working with large corporate clients; Experience expanding teams and processes. Main tasks: Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy in accordance with the company's corporate goals; Development of cooperation strategies and establishment of effective interaction with the sales department to ensure consistency of marketing and commercial goals; Building and leading the marketing team, ensuring its professional development and high productivity; Improving the corporate identity of the company, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Managing digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media campaigns to increase web traffic site, attract potential customers and improve online visibility; Oversee the creation of relevant and converting content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos and social media content to attract target audiences; Planning and implementing marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals and KPI; Using data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Development of regular reports on key performance indicators for the strategic team; Effective management of the marketing budget, allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals; Doslimarket trends, awareness of industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven decisions.
