Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Head of Marketing in the financial niche.
• experience in managing a marketing team and recruiting;
• understanding the specifics of CPA channels, email/SMS marketing, seo and ppc;
• proactivity, the ability to work for results;
• experience with banking traffic and traffic resale will be an advantage;
• knowledge of the English language is not lower than upper intermediate< /li>
• Knowledge of the Polish language will be a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• management of the marketing department;
• budget planning and control;
• development and control of the implementation of the promotion strategy on all channels (CPA, direct marketing, seo, ppc);

• ensuring the execution of plans on all channels;
• setting up end-to-end sales analytics;
• searching for new marketing channels;
• analysis of disruption and product;

• implementation of new solutions to improve sales and increase conversions.
