Essence roles:
This is the Head of Digital Marketing position, which:
- will form a single digital strategy for the EU (Poland+western Europe).
- develop a B2B lead generation system (with an emphasis on architectural, construction, distribution markets);
- build a distribution network in Europe (first priority-Poland).
- integrate innovations (AI, automation, analytics) in marketing processes;
- leads the digital team and interacts with management and the sales department.
What is important for this position:
- B2B + Europe is a deep understanding of local markets, business culture, languages and customer behavior.
- Building lead generation through LinkedIn, Google Ads, content marketing.
- Building brand trust through expertise, and not through price promotions.
- Development of distribution in European markets - creation of an effective network of partners and dealers.
- Balance Performance + Strategy - thinking in numbers (ROI, CAC, LTV), but with an understanding of long-term brand effect.
- Integration AI and automation in daily processes: forecasting, content, analytics, CRM.
Our candidate:
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, of which at least 3 years in the role of a manager.
- Experience in European markets.
- Experience in building a distribution network (European markets).
- Orientation in analyticsGoogle Analytics, Power BI, CRM analytics.
- Understanding B2B customer journey.
- Know digital toolsGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email, CRM, automation).
- Use AI and automation.
- English - B2+.
