The team of the marketing service of the company "ATB-MARKET" invites the Head of Department to work development of the loyalty program.

The main duties are:

• Developing a strategy for the development, implementation and ensuring the operation of the loyalty program
• Creating a marketing plan, managing budgets , analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and reporting to the management
• Working with partners, launching cross promotion activities
• Organizing the work of the department and managing the team
• Collection and systematization of information, performance indicators loyalty programs
• Analysis and monitoring of trends in Ukraine and the world in the field of loyalty

Requirements for the candidate:

• Successful experience of launching projects in the field of marketing, in particular - implementation of a loyalty program
• Availability of experience in managerial positions in the field of marketing
• Knowledge of marketing tools and modern trends
• Higher education (marketing)
