On the other hand, it is important for us that you are communicative, systematic, self-organized, effective, responsible, and have experience: Work in the position of a Marketer from 1 year; Management of a team (from 3 people) with effective planning techniques; Knowledge of 1C programs, BACKUP; Ability to work with CRM systems, Canva, Photoshop, Excel, Google Docs. It will be a big plus: Experience in the fashion industry. The result for the 1st month — adaptation, familiarization with the tasks and objectives of the company, with the team and the stores of the network; for the 6th month — an increase in the number of incoming leads and conversions from advertising campaigns, the development of online sales, and an increase in the number of followers on social networks. Therefore, there will be the following tasks: Development and implementation of a marketing strategy, trade and marketing plan; Organization and control of the effectiveness of promotions, sales, advertising campaigns; Budget management, work with contractors, mass media; Control of work of SMM, designer, development of collaborations; Analytics, segmentation of the client base, email mailings; Organization of regional events, store openings.
