Responsibilities:
 

• Determining the long-term and short-term marketing goals of the enterprise.
• Creating marketing campaign plans to achieve the set objectives.
• Coordination with other divisions of the enterprise to implement marketing strategies.
• Conducting market research to determine current trends, competitors and consumer needs.
• Collection and analysis of data about the markets in which the company operates and at the request of the company's customers.
• Identification of new market opportunities and recommendations for entering new markets.
• Organization and control over the implementation of marketing projects.

• Setting deadlines and monitoring compliance with the budget.
• Coordinating the work of the marketing team and external contractors.
• Developing and implementing strategies for promoting products and services in the market.

• Use of various marketing tools to increase brand recognition.
• Management of internal and external communications of the enterprise.
• Development of PR strategies and interaction with the media.

• Evaluation of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and adjustment of strategies as needed.
• Preparation of reports and presentations for the management of the company.
• Interaction with key customers and partners of the company.

Requirements:

• Higher education — marketing, economics.
• Experience in similar position from 3-7 years.

• Owning of professional programs necessary for work.
• Understanding and experience in SEO, SMM , PR, PPC, SEM, influence marketing, e-mail and other promotion channels.

• Five-day work schedule (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.; Sat., Sun. — closed).
• Office in the center Kyiv (Klovska metro station (2 minutes on foot).
• Payment of monthly, quarterly, annual bonuses up to 100% of the official salary.
