We invite you to consider the offer to lead the position of Head of the Marketing Department, who will become part of our team, a generator of fresh ideas, who will be able to fully use all possible marketing and communication tools. Develop creative concepts for the promotion of the company's products and services on the market of Ukraine, and eventually in other countries.

The main goals and tasks of the position

• implementation of the current marketing plan, formation and implementation of the marketing strategy for promotion products, brands and services of the company for the next 1-2 years;
• form a budget according to a new or reformed strategy. Control costs according to the current marketing plan (budget);
• improve approaches to the management of the Marketing Department (5-6 co-workers) and coordination with others departments, top management. Manage the operational activities of the department (current needs, services, work of managers, etc.).
• development and implementation of distribution development projects jointly with the Sales Department, project sales and cooperation with partners;
• improve the lead generation program, implement measures to attract new partners and increase the active client base;
< li style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">launch mechanisms of industry and niche PR campaigns to promote and popularize the company's brands, products and services;
• analyze, propose and implement an improved SM strategy (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube);
• improve the strategy e-mail marketing;
• analyze the results of the department's work and form recommendations for the company's management to increase the effectiveness of marketing strategies and programs.

Basic requirements for a candidate for the position of Head of Marketing Department

• have experience in marketing for at least 5 years; In management positions for at least 2 years; Experience as a Head or manager of the sales department will be a plus;
• have substantial experience in formation, planningmarketing strategies and plans (media plans, etc.). Knowledge of budgeting of marketing activities;
• have work experience, understanding of the principles of using various and modern advertising tools in ATL, digital, SM, direct, analytics and others;
• have skills in working with products, brands and complex product groups;
• fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, have high literacy. Proficiency in English will be an additional plus;
• have experience working with WEB sites, preferably with CMS OpenCart, WordPress, Bitrix. Be an advanced user of MS Office; be able to work in graphic software (not professionally), have experience in using CRM and accounting systems;
• be able to quickly and efficiently generate new ideas, accept standard solutions. Have a sense of style (perhaps you have a portfolio);
• be an honest, open person, have a desire for development and a desire to achieve the set goals together with team.
