We are scaling up, so we are looking for a Marketing Department Manager. Why do we know? For our part, it is important for us that Tybov is communicative, systematic, self-organized, effective, responsible, and has experience : Work as a Marketer from 1 year; Management of a team (from 3 people) with effective planning techniques; Knowledge of 1C programs, BACKUP; Ability to work with CRM systems, Canva, Photoshop, Excel, Google Docs. Will be a big plus: Experience working in fashion industry. The result for the 1st month — adaptation, familiarization with the tasks and goals of the company, with the team and chain stores; for the 6th month — an increase in the number of incoming leads and conversions from advertising campaigns, the development of online sales, and an increase in the subscriber base in social networks. Therefore there will be the following tasks: Development and implementation of a marketing strategy, trade and marketing plan; Organization and control of the effectiveness of promotions, sales, advertising campaigns; Budget management, work with contractors, mass media; Control of the work of SMM, designers, development of collaborations; mailings; Organization of regional events, store openings.
