You have the skills to manage the internal staff of the marketing department, including SMM -specialists, direct managers, target specialists. You have experience in managing contractors, such as website developers and designers, SEO teams, TikTok teams, creative teams (copywriters, designers, proofreaders, journalists). Experience in search, training and adaptation employees of the marketing department. Experience in developing and implementing a motivation system for personnel. You know how to negotiate with key partners and jointly plan promotional campaigns to maximize results.
