Market analysis, research of the competitive environment and identification of new opportunities for business development, positioning of the company, products relative to competitors. Work with improving brand awareness. Determination and use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives. Management of the marketing budget and identifying effective ways to optimize or expand resources. Adaptation of new employees of the marketing department.
