We are looking for an enterprising Head of Marketing

Enterprising, because we are a very unusual agency - we approach customer marketing strategically and seriously: we plan and we deliver .

In short, this means that at the beginning of each cooperation we create marketing plans for our clients and then implement them. Thanks to this, you can be sure that it is not the clients who determine the action plan, but you and the strategic team select solutions that will deliver results to these clients. We start each cooperation with the selection (recruitment) of clients, so when a client comes to you, you won't have to deal with random companies that don't have the budget or mindset needed to change.

Thanks to the effective work flow that we have developed, clients will treat you as a partner (seriously), giving you the trust and commitment necessary to develop an effective plan. You will learn about many interesting industries and entrepreneurs who have achieved real success and are not pretending, fighting to survive on the market. “At the end of the day” you will watch with satisfaction as the brands you run strategically push forward or take over the market, while supervising the work of PMs and proposing improvements to the strategy.

This is important because you will have time to get to know the companies well and propose appropriate marketing activities to them.

The strategy will be implemented by experienced Project Managers, focused and motivated to deliver projects and results.

• Experience in running your advertising agency (min. 2 years of experience) and/or your business (min. 3 years of experience) - the "location" of the business and awareness of mistakes made may be an additional advantage;
