MAIN FUNCTIONALITY provided for by this position: Experience in marketing (from 2 years) in the medical field; Marketing team management; Work with sales to create video/photo content; Knowledge of trending marketing tools and techniques; Planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, SMM and content marketing; Development and implementation of tools for measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities and their dynamics; Updating site content; Ability to analyze data and develop insights to improve strategies; Management of advertising budgets, A/B testing of advertisements, creatives , keyword research, audience selection and campaign performance optimization; Understanding of such metrics—ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV, ROMI; Finding opportunities for scaling and business development with the help of advertising campaign analytics, target audience research; Generation of new ideas for promotion channels, writing pre-advertisement texts; Creation and analysis of advertising funnels, auto-funnels; Work with CRM; Improvement and development of the site.
