We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Head of Marketing who will join our dynamic company with a matrix organizational structure. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our IT outsourcing services, build brand awareness and attract high quality leads. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the CEO. Required skills: 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or technology industry; 2+ years of experience in management positions, experience in building and managing teams; Understanding IT outsourcing and B2B marketing services; Experience in creating channels for attracting potential customers; Digital marketing skills, including content marketing, SEO, PPC, social networks and email marketing; Excellent analytical skills to use data to make marketing decisions; Exceptional communication, interpersonal leadership skills; Creative thinking and the ability to solve problems; Ability to manage the budget and resource allocation; Curiosity and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors; English at Upper-intermediate level. It will be a plus: Experience working in a matrix organizational structure; Experience working with large corporate clients; Experience in expanding teams and processes. Main tasks: Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy in accordance with the corporate goals of the company; Development of cooperation strategies and establishment of effective interaction with the sales department to ensure consistency of marketing and commercial goals; Building such an alliance with the marketing team, ensuring its professional development and high productivity; Improving the corporate identity of the company, ensuring the consistency of all marketing channels and materials. Management of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media campaigns to increase website traffic, attract potential customers and improve visibility on the Internet; Overseeing the creation of relevant and converting content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos and social media content to engage the target audience; Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals and KPI; Using data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Development of regular reports on key performance indicators for the strategic team; Effective management of the marketing budget, allocation of resources for maximizationROI and achievement of marketing goals; Market research, awareness of industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and data-based decision-making.
