The role You will betasked with shaping our marketing strategy, tactics and channels incollaboration with our Chief Revenue Officer and responsible for the quality ofexecution. You are responsible for the department’s goal todeliver apredictable and scalable flow ofinbound leads. While this isnot anadministrative role, ashead ofmarking, you will beresponsible for performance reporting and the department’s good organisation and productivity + adherence tocompany policies and procedures (weare not anoverly bureaucratic structure). Your profile You are aT-shaped marketer with deep expertise and hands-on experience in2-3 content-focused marketing skills. And agood overview ofand some experience inseveral others— tothe extent you can make good judgements onthe competency ofthose who will execute and control the quality ofthat execution and acceptance criteria. Content-first marketing skills and experience that will beespecially valuable tothis role: Brand narrative/storytelling, thought leadership, landing pages, blog posts, SEO and social selling/social media. Asour marketing language is English , you should have anexcellent written and spoken command ofthe language (min C1)— tobeable toexpress yourself clearly and compellingly and judge the ability ofyour team members and external suppliers todothe same. Experience inB2B/B2B services will beanadvantage asisexperience managing ateam (the marketing department iscurrently 8-strong) and external suppliers. You have enough positive energy tomotivate your team toboth execute tothe best oftheir abilities and maintain the desire tobecontinuous learners. You should beacommunicator and collaborator with initiative, ideas and leadership skills. You are a“lead-by-example” head ofmarketing, unafraid ofgetting your hands dirty and enthusiastic about raising the level ofyour team through coaching and mentorship. You may bemoving from another marketing manager/head ofmarketing role— orbearising star ready totake astepup. Some understanding/knowledge ofthe software development/tech sectors will beanadvantage— but the ability tolearn about new areas quickly and indepth ismore important. Responsibilities Develop adeep understanding ofthe company’s sector, value proposition and our ideal customer profile— including their most common questions, concerns, pain points and bottlenecks. Shape the company’s messaging and narrative consistently across all marketing assets. Contributing tomarketing strategy and decisions ontactics and channels incollaboration with our Chief Revenue Officer. Responsible for the quality ofexecution. Responsible for reporting based onagreed KPIs and targets. Manage the inhouse marketing team, including designers, content and copywriters and researchers. Coach and mentor the team and highlight upskilling orreshaping requirements. Responsible for the team’s adherence tocompany policies and flows. Close collaboration with Aimprosoft’s head ofsales, ensuring aunified, joined-up approach between the sales and marketing departments. Building collaborative relationships with the company’s technical leaders and talents. Building and maintaining apredictable and scalable flow ofinbound leads. Working conditions This isafull-time, remote role. Working hours will beflexible-ish and adegree ofasynchronous work possible— though you will have toberegularly available during Central European time zone office hours. While the role isfull-time, you will beacontractor rather than an“employee” and your contract with anEU-based company (Cyprus). There may beopportunities for that tochange infuture asweplan new office locations— but nopromises for now. Ifyou are based inUkraine, you will have aprivate entrepreneur contract.
