To enhance our product promotion, drive global business initiatives, and contribute with our Leadership Team to OLSOM’s strategic growth and development, we invite a Head of Marketing to join us and fully engage in these activities.
The Head of Marketing at OLSOM is responsible for leading and managing our Commercial Team, strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives, and architecting OLSOM’s brand and market positioning.
This role collaborates closely with various OLSOM departments, including Product, Services (Delivery), Engineering, and Operations, reports directly to the Chief Executive, and is a part of the Leadership Team.

- The capability to effectively present data to key stakeholders;
- Competitive analysis, interviews, surveys, focus groups, research — you’re like a duck to water in these areas;
- Understanding the nuances and differences between B2B and B2C marketing;
- Experience in setting and achieving marketing strategic goals;
- Experience working with the USA market is highly desired;
- Experience with CRM and automation campaigns.
What does a Head of Marketing do at OLSOM?
- Develops marketing strategies to create awareness of OLSOM’s product, its value, and our brand in general;
- Conducts market research, tracks trends, analyzes competitors, and communicates with media and software aggregators;
- Owns the lead generation process;
- Drives communication with prospective customers and external stakeholders;
- Tracks financial performance and revenue generation, prepares reports, and provides suggestions;
- Manages and reports on the marketing budget;
- Manages the internal website (content/SEO);
- Creates visual materials and prepares presentations;
- Manages stakeholders: works collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure buy-in and understanding of marketing campaigns;
- Supervises the department and provides guidance and feedback (3 members).
