ENESTECH Software, a subsidiary of TECHIIA Holding, is a dedicated developer of  SENET — SaaS platform for automation of esports venues, gaming lounges, and cyber cafes.

SENET was created in Kyiv, to help a small chain of gaming cafes to operate dozens of gaming computers and to provide better customer experience for gamers. Now, ENESETCH Software is an international company with a global presence and users in over 70+ countries.

ENESTECH engages a full in-house team for development, support, sales, and marketing of SENET. It’s an international crew that speaks 7 languages and knows everything about computer games.

Our company cherishes its Ukrainian origin and does not sell SENET to gaming cafes in Russia and Belarus. We also take active part in volunteering and support the Ukrainian Army in its fighting against Russian invasion.

About the role:

We are looking for a revenue-driven Head of Marketing that is able to lead the team as well as can oversee marketing activities that will help us grow and enter new a new market. In this role tight cooperation with the Sales department is one of the primary goals to constantly increase and overcome the expected revenue.

The Head of Marketing will work directly with the CEO, CRO, delivering the overall high-level goals, meantime, the operational tasks will be handled by the Marketing team. (Product Marketing Manager, Community Manager, SEO, PPC, Marketing Designer, Lead Gen’s).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing Go-To-Market strategy for various markets
  • Creating a revenue-driven Marketing approach, that can be tracked by clear and precise metrics
  • Creating Marketing strategies, building marketing plans, roadmaps, and implementing a tactical approach in key markets
  • Grow, lead, and manage a team of skilled and motivated marketing experts and lead gen’s to carry out all benefits of marketing
  • Creating clear metrics for the lead gen team and, to measure conversion of generated leads
  • Implementing global marketing campaigns and growth initiatives, adapting them to the local specific
  • Providing initiatives, design and coordinate marketing activities to showcase the existing B2B and new B2C product
  • Preparing and managing budgets for the Marketing department
  • Close work with product team on product development focus based on market demands and support the best product grows on key markets
  • Build and execute communication strategy to improve interaction with customers and partners

We require you to have:

  • At least 2 years experience in an IT environment as Head of Marketing or related role (SaaS experience is an advantage)
  • Advanced level of English language is necessary
  • Experience with developing Go-To-Market strategy
  • Strong understanding of the B2B customers’ journey map and approaches to optimizing marketing funnels based on data and analytics
  • Ability to build, launch and scale products both B2B and B2C in different markets (we are in 60+ countries worldwide, and we don’t plan to stop)
  • Strong analytical skills, measuring and tracking marketing investment against key SQL and Sales Operational KPI’s as well as campaign measurement, analyzing and interpreting data and testing
  • Be humble, and be a role model to lead the Marketing team by own example, and do whatever is needed to help us accomplish business goal
