Hello! We are Netpeak Talent, looking for a Head of Marketing for a blockchain startup.
Your main task is to create and implement a powerful marketing strategy to enter the TOP 5 companies in your niche in terms of popularity. Ambitious and interesting enough for you? Then read on :)
Important: the company is looking for a specialist who is locally located in Switzerland or Spain (or is considering relocation after a maximum of one year of cooperation).
The company will help with relocation. They can make an employment contract in Switzerland and help with a visa, compensate for 2 months of temporary housing and help with accompanying documents. And language courses are also compensated.
Your future team is currently: Marketing Lead, Copywriter, Community Manager, PR. Of course, you can expand the team or involve contractors.
What we are looking for in your experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a CMO/Head of Marketing.
- A portfolio of successfully implemented marketing strategies (we will ask for examples).
- Understanding of the fintech and blockchain market.
- English - minimum B2. Not just because we want to, but because there will be a lot of communication in English.
What we are looking for in you:
- Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team. You will need to come to an established team and make them fall in love with you :)
- High analytical abilities, strategic thinking and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. We call it "the ability to fly like a god."
- Results-oriented and proactive, so that your team achieves stable results in this changing world.
Your future tasks are familiar to you:
- Development of a marketing strategy for the company's product(s).
- Management and team development.
- Planning and control of marketing activities according to the company's strategy.
- Analysis of results and introduction of necessary changes.
- Collaboration with other teams to achieve success.
Hiring process:
- Conversation with our recruiter (about 60 minutes).
- Interview with CEO and HRD with case questions (video call approx. 1 hour)
- Final meeting with CEO if needed (video call approx. 1 hour).
