Future tasks of the Head of the management-control department:

• Support Management of the Bank (CEO, CFO, Heads of Business lines), BNPP Group (EM Finance) and the Supervisory Board in the adoption of financially justified solutions Ensuring long-term sustainability and long-term profitability of the Bank.
• Organization and carrying out the process of comprehensive bank-wide strategic and budget planning of the Bank's activities.
• Organization management of the Bank's expenses.
• Management capital of the Bank to ensure long-term development of the Bank and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Organization and development of the system of management reporting and financial analysis

This the job is created for you if you have:

• Higher economic/mathematical education. 
• Experience 10 years of work in the field of Financial Planning and Reporting commercial bank, of which 3 years in management positions in finance direction
• Experience in financial analysis of projects.
• Significant having a certificate or successfully passing the ACCA exams will be an advantage/ CFA / CIMA.
• Knowledge and work experience in the field of IFRS from 5 years.
• Knowledge and experience in building a business planning process and building a development strategy.
• Knowledge concepts and practices of asset-liability and transfer management pricing in banks.
• Understanding pricing of banking products and accounting for complex market products capital (forwards, swaps, etc.).
• Knowledge and experience in working with large volumes of data, in the field of data modeling \ BI systems (knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / QlikView / SPSS etc is a plus).
• English: Advanced (required).
• Strong analytical skills, organization, communication, leadership.
