Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in building, launching or managing loyalty programs in large retail or service networks (FMCG, fuel retail, e-commerce, telecom, horeca, banking).
- Practical experience working with CRM systems, analytical tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau) and segmentation models (RFM, CLV, churn prediction).
- Understanding the mechanics of loyalty monetization, ROI/ROMI financial indicators, program unit economics.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data, build hypotheses, test them through A/B tests and form management conclusions.
- Result orientation, the ability to see the program not as an expense, but as a business tool that generates income and customer retention.
- For men aged 18 to 60, the presence military registration document.
Main duties:
1. Strategic management
- Determining the role of the loyalty program in the overall marketing strategy of the company.
- Building a long-term roadmap for the development of the program: from mass involvement to deep personalization.
- Monitoring and analysis of competitor programs to form of a unique value proposition.
2. Operational management
- Launching, testing and optimizing mechanics of bonuses, cashbacks, levels, coupons, gift points, etc.
- Coordination of IT development, analytics, marketing communications and front office processes.
- Data quality control in CRM and ensuring the continuity of points and transaction accounting.
3. Analytics and efficiency
- Development of a system of key indicators (KPI): user activity, retention, program ROI, share of loyal checks, average margin.
- Constant monitoring of results and fopreparation of management reports for top management.
- Using data (RFM, CLV, churn prediction) to create targeted campaigns and recommendation scenarios.
