Head of Linkbuilder in TraffBand

TraffBand is a technological SEO company in iGaming (since 2022). We build and scale our own sites; SEO is our product growth tool, not a service. Remote-first, transparent processes, without bureaucracy.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Linkbuilding who will be able to increase the efficiency and scale of the work of the linkbuilding department. In this role, you will be responsible for fast, high-quality and systematic execution of all tasks, optimization of processes and implementation of modern tools to achieve ambitious results.

Main duties:

Closing requests from the SEO department

• Ensuring the fulfillment of all requests from the SEO department in terms of volume, quality and deadlines
• Finding optimal solutions for closing tasks: internal resources, contractors or services
• Hiring, coordination and scaling of a team of specialists
• Assessment of the effectiveness of tools and contractors
• Continuous optimization of ways to achieve departmental goals

Management of departmental processes

• Control and allocation of operational processes in the linkbuilding department
• Building a transparent structure of tasks
• Ensuring fast and high-quality passage of all linkbuilding flows
• Implementation of work standards and quality control systems

Organization and development of work flows

• Coordinating outreach processes
• Managing the flow of work with priority pages
• Ensuring stable execution of all directions without slumps

Initiation and development of tools

• Act as a customer for internal service development
• Formulate requirements for process automation
• Increase the transparency and measurability of the department's work
• Look for technological solutions to speed up the execution of tasks

Scaling and finding effective solutions

• React quickly to changes in the environment or requirements
• Generate ideas to improve performance
• Build donor and resource bases
• Work with stop lists and systems filtering
• Expand the presence of domains (local directories, registrations, etc.)

• Experience in the position of team leader from 2 years
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
