Duties:

• control of all processes of interaction with the Importer (coordinating plans, reporting on portals, ordering cars, ordering documents, control of payments, control of available stock, payment terms for cars, fulfillment of all quality standards, etc.);
• monitoring the work of sales consultants (CRM management, work with clients, compliance with all standards and requirements for service quality, staff training).

Wishes for candidates:

• work experience of 3 years or more in the position manager/senior seller of the car sales department;
• ability to organize the work of the sales department;

• ability to communicate with customers, knowledge of the automotive market;
• focus, stress resistance, experience in multitasking;
• priority of knowledge of English at a conversational level.
